Will private matters be discussed during group coaching sessions?

No, group coaching focuses on collective topics. While the work is done in a group setting, individual privacy is always respected. Participants are free to share personal experiences if they choose, but no one is ever pressured to do so. We often conduct introspective exercises, and while I may invite participants to share their insights, it’s always optional. The goal is to create a supportive environment where participation is valuable but never forced.

How do you protect our privacy?

Confidentiality is one of my core values, and I’m committed to creating a safe space where your employees feel comfortable exploring and engaging. In both individual and group coaching, I follow strict client confidentiality protocols and use secure communication channels. You can have peace of mind knowing everything we discuss remains secure, and your privacy is always respected. 

What’s the difference between an executive coach and a psychologist or psychiatrist?

As an executive coach, my focus is on helping employees realize their personal and professional potential within the workplace. I assist individuals in strengthening their leadership skills, enhancing their performance, and ultimately contributing to the success of your company. While I support individuals through personal transitions, my approach is rooted in coaching techniques, using innovative, scientifically proven tools like EMDR therapy, among others.

On the other hand, psychologists and psychiatrists specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and providing therapy or medical interventions to address emotional or psychological challenges.

How can we fit the Bootcamp into our busy schedule?
