3. Participation Conditions
Our services are intended only for individuals in good mental and physical health.
By booking or participating in a session, the client expressly confirms that:
- They are in suitable psychological and physical condition to engage in a coaching process.
- They are not undergoing a mental health crisis or active psychiatric treatment.
- They understand that coaching is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment.
If circumstances arise that go beyond the scope of coaching, the professional may suspend the process and recommend appropriate support from a mental health professional.

4. Responsibility
Rita Gonzalez Coach and associated coaches are not responsible for decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of coaching content or services. The client is fully responsible for their own personal and professional journey.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on this site (texts, resources, materials, recordings, guides, programs, etc.) is the property of Rita Gonzalez Coach and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Payments and Cancellations
Sessions must be paid within the timeframe indicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refundable. In the case of rescheduling, a new date will be offered according to availability.

7. Modifications
Rita Gonzalez Coach reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised conditions.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France and the EU. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Toulouse, France.
